Students read and analyzed McKim and Turner’s reactions to Lincoln’s speeches (in the textbook) and then using their platforms, paired up and wrote counter speeches/reactions to their partner’s speech that was presented yesterday in class.
–Homework–complete USA test prep, complete Socratic questions, Complete reading of the Wharton novel and recap the summer reading novel by Wright, and work on novel project. Be sure to bring all novel and novel work to class with you Monday!
